Curiosity played, is playing, and will continue to play an integral role in Lora’s creative vision. She believes that the formulation of good ideas is not a matter of chance, but the product of contemplation, struggle, and a resilient attitude. Pablo Picasso once said, “inspiration exists, but it has to find you working.” This quote fittingly encompasses Lora’s hungry work ethic and openness to creativity whenever and wherever it may come.
Lora is a Toronto-based visual artist specializing in graphic design and photography. She is dedicated to the craftsmanship of creating imagery and is obsessed with the pursuit of telling meaningful stories. Her recent interest is focused on capturing not the moments, but the moments in between.
Lora graduated from the University of Toronto in 2021, earning her B.A. in Art History & Classical Civilizations as a Dean’s List Scholar with High Distinction. She will be continuing her studies at OCAD U to hone her skills and pursue a degree in Graphic Design & Photography. Her greatest teachers are found in books, magazines, films, and photographs of the world around her. Most importantly, it is the relationships that she has forged from collaborative projects and opportunities that have inspired her to continue these creative pursuits.
